All about the Role
We're looking for a passionate and committed Deputy Headteacher to join our education team. In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with the Headteacher to help shape the school's direction and ensure it remains a safe, supportive, and inclusive place for every pupil. You'll lead on whole-school initiatives, support staff development, and help create a culture where students feel valued, motivated, and able to succeed.

Clare Lodge School, based within Clare Lodge secure children's home, believes education is a right for every young person placed with us. We provide personalised learning tailored to each student's needs, helping many experience success in education for the first time.
Our curriculum is guided by Individual Education Plans, developed through baseline assessments and adapted to suit diverse learning styles. Working alongside care and health teams, we use the Trauma Recovery Model to support the whole child academically, emotionally, and socially.
