At RRG Group's Toyota and Mazda dealerships in Stockport, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor who can turn every aftersales interaction into a great brand experience. You’ll be the go-to contact for servicing, repairs, and all things aftercare, the friendly face and reassuring voice our customers rely on – often for years after they've driven away in their new car.

Customer Service Advisor — Stockport
Salary: £28,165 Basic Plus Monthly Bonus and Service Plan
Commission (OTE £45,000 Uncapped)

Key Responsibilities
* Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing or repairs.
* Work closely with sales, parts, and technicians to keep processes running smoothly from start to finish.
* Help customers choose the aftersales package that fits their needs and budget.
* Prepare clear, accurate service and repair estimates to avoid surprises.
* Arrange and schedule work to fit customers' timelines.
* Spot and report issues affecting satisfaction or performance and help find solutions.
* Highlight the benefits of genuine Toyota parts and accessories to enhance the ownership experience.
* Follow up after every service or repair to ensure customer delight.
About You
* Previous experience within customer service is essential
* Extremely organised, with great attention to detail
* Flexible, proactive and hard-working
* Strong people skills – approachable and collaborative
* Thrives in a busy, high-pressure environment
* Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
