Information about collection of your personal data:
When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.
We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.
The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.
The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.
Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.
You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.
You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.
It is voluntary to answer the questions in the questionnaire, but an omission to answer the questions will reduce the ability of the data controller to evaluate your competences in the presupposed way, which in turn may affect the assessment of your qualifications in relation to the position in question.

Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer/Artworker is to create and deliver high-quality graphics and illustrations, working closely with the wider Design and Sales Teams to ensure that all graphics are completed in a timely manner to customers briefs and requirements.
Key responsibilities
1. Creation of eye-catching presentation boards from product images
2. Use schemes provided by the Sales Team on our bespoke in-house 3D sales software to create renders for presentation boards
3. Creation of bespoke signs - candidate must be able to follow specifications
4. Creation of graphic assets for our design and bid teams to progress the quality of our presentations
5. Can work to deadlines, turn work around quickly
Skills & experience
6. Ideal role for a recent graduate of a Graphic Design related degree.
7. Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign (essential) and have experience of asset management in Adobe Creative Suite
8. Use of Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (desirable)
9. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

10. Creative thinker who will take direction from others but also be self-motivated enough to complete projects independently
11. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritising to meet deadlines
12. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but collaborate with other departments on projects as needed
13. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking to improve efficiencies and positively influence KOMPAN through a collaborative approach
