Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), South Wales, £50,000+ (DOE)

The Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, refinances, landlord and tenant issues, and easements.
* Prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
* Deliver an exceptional standard of client care.
* Apply technical knowledge to a broad range of property transactions.
* Play a key role in business development and cross-referrals.
* Supervise and delegate tasks to trainees and paralegals.
Skills Required:
* Experience in residential or commercial conveyancing as a newly qualified solicitor.
* Strong academic background and ambition to develop a career in agricultural and rural law.
