Job Details
* Title: Outdoor Education Teacher
* Location: Acorn Park School, Norwich, NR16 2HU
* Salary: £31,650 - £42,000 per annum (not pro rata)
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
* Start Date: September 2025

We are excited to offer a position for a passionate, enthusiastic Outdoor Education Teacher to join our close-knit team at Acorn Park School, Norwich. This role involves designing and delivering outdoor learning experiences that foster environmental awareness, leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, outdoor leader, and advocate for learning beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess learning for students or small groups, aligned with the School’s Curriculum and policies.
* Monitor, record, and report on student progress.
* Contribute to and help implement the School Development Plan.
* Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
* Develop and implement individual learning and behavior plans in collaboration with staff.

* GCSE Maths C/4+
