You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and optimizing contract performance. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective contract management services. Job Duties: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to the Client account. Ensure all contractual documents are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with the client and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication and resolution of contractual issues. Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts. Implement best practices for contract management to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on contract performance, risks, and opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation. Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures. Evaluate financial implications of contract terms and negotiate cost-effective solutions. Monitor invoicing, payments, and financial obligations under the contracts. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance contract management efficiency. Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as contracts management or a similar role.
