* Lead end-to-end project delivery in Data & Analytics, working hands-on while managing a blended onshore/offshore team.
* Build and manage strong client relationships across the UK and Europe, understanding requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless delivery.
* Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, bringing domain expertise in banking to shape client strategy and outcomes.
* Provide technical leadership - guiding solution approaches, facilitating brainstorming, and ensuring quality deliverables.
* Translate unstructured client challenges into creative, practical solutions that align with business objectives and available resources.
* Assure the highest levels of client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, on budget, and with excellence.
* Develop a deep understanding of the EXL product landscape, articulating its value to clients and embedding it into engagements.
* Strong background in engineering or technology; an MBA is preferred.
* Proven track record of delivering complex Data & Analytics projects in the banking/financial services domain.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, influence, and build long-term client trust.
* Experience managing global delivery teams across onshore/offshore models.
* Demonstrated ability to assure quality and provide hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments.
* Innovative and consultative mindset, capable of solving ambiguous problems.
