At Enterprise Cash Management Limited, we are seeking a Key Accounts Manager to take ownership of strategic relationships with our existing customers—leading institutions in the global financial services sector. About the Role: This is not your typical sales hunting role. Instead, you will take over key customer relationships once they have reached the final stages of onboarding and are transitioning into full production use of our solutions. From there, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—ensuring they are consistently well supported, deeply engaged, and fully realising the value of our services. Our clients include Central Banks, Large Commercial Banks, and other major players in the financial ecosystem. Many of these relationships span years or even decades, and your role will be central to maintaining and strengthening that trust. As a Key Accounts Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for some of our most valued clients. As this role is focused on serving existing and established customers, you’ll also be expected to identify and develop upsell opportunities, helping clients discover additional value from our suite of solutions & services. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value, established clients Ensure regular and meaningful engagement with all customers—proactively managing communications, feedback, and updates Understand each client’s evolving needs and how our solutions can continue to support them Identify and develop upsell and expansion opportunities based on observed needs—not cold outreach Coordinate with internal teams (product, implementation, support) to deliver a seamless experience Maintain visibility on account health, contract milestones, and renewal cycles About You: Experience managing key or strategic accounts, ideally in financial services, enterprise technology, or fintech Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across Central Banks and Tier 1 Financial Institutions Our customer base is global, and some international travel may be required Strong relationship management, listening, and communication skills A team first approach, including a willingness to base in the ECM head office up to 3 days per week Commercial acumen and the ability to uncover value-add opportunities without hard selling Highly organised, dependable, and confident working with complex, long-term client relationships Why Join Enterprise Cash Management?
