We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Andover, Romsey, Stockbridge, Tidworth, Durrington, and surrounding villages
The ideal person would play a vital role within our team, delivering quality care you would expect your loved on to receive.
Experience is desired but not essential - a commitment and passion for doing the right thing for the person you support is essential, with a real passion and effective self management to make a difference to peoples lives while enjoying and loving your job
Summary
As a Care Assistant at Caremark Ltd, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing compassionate care and support in their own homes. This position is essential to our mission of making a positive difference in the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
* Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
* Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to supervisors.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
* Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
* A valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
