A successful manufacturing company in Lurgan area who are well respected in the local area. Due to a successful new contract they have a requirement to add to the team.
As a Mechanical Operator you will be directly involved in the hands-on processes that contribute to the creation of industry-leading products and technology. Operating cutting-edge machinery with precision and care, playing a pivotal role in our production process through efficiently carry out day-to-day operational tasks as per standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless production flow. Consistently monitoring the quality of products during the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect. Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards in all activities, understanding the critical importance of cleanliness in sustainable production. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Ideally you will be IT literate, have the ability to pay close attention to detail, be able to demonstrate a basic technical and mechanical aptitude, have a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. You will be mechanically minded and ideally have experience in manufacturing, candidates with experience doing basic maintenance would be perfect.Must be able to work continental shifts when required.
