Note: This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement with approximately 1 day travel into the Coventry head office per month. This may fluctuate with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit and Arden work locations are added to employment contracts.
Overview
Arden University is an aspirational, multi-award-winning university with ambitious plans to disrupt the higher education sector through innovation and digital education. The Quality Administrator sits within the Quality and Registry team, Arden’s administration hub for students. The role involves governance, student administration, marking and assessment processes, and producing certificates for graduation.
The Role – Quality Administrator
Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, the Quality Administrator will join a highly skilled team to provide administrative support for Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes, including academic misconduct, student disciplinary procedures, student appeals and exceptional mitigating circumstances.
About You
To be successful as a Quality Administrator you must have:
Essential:
* Strong administrative and customer service skills
* Experience with database systems and Excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a high-pressured environment
* Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
* Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context
* Experience of working with student record systems or large IT record systems
Desirable:
* Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment

Salary and Hours
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours per week: 37
