Locality Manager / Operations Manager - London Salary: Up to £75K Car Allowance Hours: 37.5 per week PSR Solutions are delighted to be supporting the UK's largest employee-owned healthcare provider in their search for an ambitious, forward thinking Locality Manager / Operations Manager to oversee two Nursing & Residential Services and an Extra Care Scheme in London. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced multi-site manager ready to shape service quality, culture and performance across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities Operational oversight of 3 services (2 Nursing Homes 1 Extra Care scheme) Coaching, mentoring and directing Service Managers to deliver outstanding person-centred care Driving compliance across all regulatory standards, including CQC and NMC guidelines Strengthening service reputation and relationships with local authority partners Ensuring strong commercial performance, budget control and consistent occupancy levels Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, staff engagement, and high-quality outcomesExperience Relevant Care/Nursing & Management qualification - NVQ/QCF Management in Health & Social Care (Clinical qualification desirable - not essential) Proven multi-site management experience in health or social care.
