Key Responsibilities
* Deliver against both personal and business KPIs.
* Support your manager in form, owning, implementing and measuring performance against a paid channel strategy.
* Work closely with our agency to plan, brief, execute and optimise all campaigns to deliver against business objectives, financially and strategically.
* Deliver and manage new product launches across your channels.
* Drive conversion of journeys through analysis and optimisation with the support of Digital Insight, UI/UX and e‑commerce teams.
* Carry out onsite journey analysis to continuously enhance channel efficiency.
* Analyse Google, Microsoft and wider industry insights & trends to inform data‑driven decisions.
* Oversee and analyse existing campaign performance and manage optimisation through agency and internal teams.
* Propose creative and engaging copy for digital ads.
* Own periodic and ad‑hoc reporting (performance as well as strategic/developmental) for your channel.
* Present insights and reporting to varying audiences, from your manager to the online team and iD business.
* Write copy that highlights key USPs for digital ads.
* Build and maintain a performance tracker to share the health of the PPC/PMax/Shopping program with iD management.
* Produce detailed analysis and reports for weekly & monthly paid search performance.
Required Skills & Experience
* Good understanding of how PPC/PMax/Shopping fit into a wider digital strategy.
* Previous experience as a PPC executive, analyst or specialist within a search agency or an in‑house digital team.
* Ownership of a PPC channel’s account structure, budget tracker and key KPIs.
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present information effectively.
* Strong commercial aptitude and effective communication skills.
* Experience with new ad technology including PMax & DSAs.
* Ability to independently manage campaign briefs for the agency, liaising with marketing, design and trading teams.
* Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
* Highly organised and detail‑minded to manage commercially confidential documentation.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and good mathematical ability.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience with Power BI.
* Ideally formally trained in digital marketing, e‑commerce or related fields.
