Accounts Assistant Broadheath £28,000
Responsibilities:
* Managing all transactional accounts for three businesses within the company
* Purchase Ledger – Posting Invoices, Supplier Payments, updating supplier price lists, through to payment runs
* Sales Ledger – Posting cash and Credit Control
* Bank Reconciliations – PayPal and Bank Accounts
* Posting of Company Credit Card Transactions
* VAT Deferment account reconciliation
* Ensuring all duties are completed in a timely manner to assist with the month end close off
* Office Administration Duties - ordering stationery and other consumables
Essentials:
* 2 years’ experience working in a busy accounts department
* Comfortable working in an accounts role that doesn’t offer progression
