No previous experience is needed, as we will provide all necessary training to support you in becoming competent in your role.
As a Trainee First Response Technician, you will be the first person to visit our policyholders' homes after disastrous weather events, offering restoration and drying services. Your responsibilities will include assessing damage, cleaning and sanitising, setting up drying equipment, taking readings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Full driving licence with no more than 3 points or working towards one
* Basic computer skills, or ability to operate PCs and tablets
* Basic Health and Safety knowledge
* Physical ability to lift and carry heavy and uneven items, such as furniture
* Politeness and excellent customer service skills
