More About Your Role

We are seeking a Relief Bank Worker (Support Worker) to join our team on a relief/ad-hoc basis. You will provide support across our sites in Blyth, offering basic assistance, advice, and guidance to vulnerable individuals. This includes working with young people aged 16-24 with complex needs living in supported housing.

You will support service users as needed and undertake administrative tasks within the office and reception to assist the wider team. This role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service, and employment offers depend on receiving two satisfactory references.

We welcome applications from those able to work weekends and unsociable hours, including night shifts, as the role requires independent working.

For more details, please download our job profile available on our website.

More About You

To be considered, you should have an awareness of safeguarding issues and experience supporting vulnerable clients. You will need to work well in a team, support a busy scheme, and remain calm and positive in demanding situations. The ability to assess and manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment, along with a commitment to high-standard customer service, is essential.

A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required, as some travel between two offices will be necessary.

The Benefits

We are a diverse and ambitious organization that offers job security and opportunities for growth. Our environment allows colleagues to flourish and work within fantastic communities alongside inspiring colleagues and customers.

Our benefits include:

* 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Pension with matched contributions
* Training and development opportunities
* Additional perks such as discounts and offers from shops, cinemas, and more
