Position: Manual & CNC Machinist
Location: Bristol
Salary: £17 - £20 per hour (DOE)
Manual & CNC Machinist required to join a well-established Engineering company that specialise in electrical, mechanical and electronic engineering services. They are based in Bristol and looking for someone that comes from a Manual & CNC machinist background, including Programming Setting and Operating experience.
Manual & CNC machinist Job Overview
* Involved in maintenance works on customer asset.
* CNC programming/Setting/Operating using XYZ
* The work can be planned, demand driven or reactive, against customer requirement.
* Responsible for ensuring the correct H&S, procurement and administration procedures are followed on every job.
* Turn shafts on lathes.
* Internal keywaying.
* General workshop machining.
* Provide knowledge and information to operational teams and customers.
Manual & CNC machinist Job Requirements
* Previous CNC & Manual Turning experience
* Competency in the respective disciplines
* Must live within a commutable distance of Bristol
* Must have Programming Setting and operating experience
