Warehouse Team Leader Attleborough Salary £31,742 per year £28,250 plus a £2080 attendance bonus per year. Plus an additional 5% bonus on annual salary if KPI’s are met The Warehouse Team Leader is an important role within the clients’ business in assisting the Warehouse Manager in leading the Warehouse team for the pick, pack and ship operations for all channels of the business. Successful candidates are required to be highly professional, efficient, well-organised and a clear leader, whilst personable with the Warehouse team and all key contacts, internally and externally. Hours of work: 37.5 hours over 5 days. Shift patterns to operate in peak periods, including Saturday working on a rota system. Additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
