Job Description:
We are looking for a Global Head of Social Relations F/M to join our AXA Partners HR teams.
Your role will be to:
* Monitor the social climate of the AP countries in connection with Regional or local HRDs, EXCOM members and Group Social Relations.
* Anticipate and consolidate the necessary adaptations of the workforce to transformation initiatives, reorganisations, gain or loss of significant contracts, etc.
* Effectively manage social relations by mitigating issues, educating stakeholders, and ensuring positive social dialogue.
* Ensure regular exchanges with Social Partners to understand strategic change initiatives and maintain long-term relationships.
This includes managing the annual AP EWC seminar and bi-annual Group EWC interventions.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Monitor the social climate via:
* Ensuring overall global coherence of policy, activities, and social initiatives.
* Ensuring AP entities are socially and legally compliant with local regulations.
* Keeping stakeholders informed of issues requiring management attention.
* Managing messaging with Group Social Partners to mitigate risks and promote productive outcomes.
Anticipate workforce adaptations to transformation initiatives via:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand workforce changes (Global HRBPs, HRDs, Transformation leads, M&A lead, etc.).
* Developing a comprehensive workforce plan detailing impacts and management strategies.
* Building an optimized social strategy for workforce management globally and per country.
Manage social relations effectively:
* Providing strategic advice and insights on social relations matters.
* Supporting local HRDs in managing relationships with Unions and Worker Councils.
* Implementing business changes aligned with new conventions and directives.
* Supporting management in employment-related social issues.
Manage exchanges with social partners and AXA Group:
* Fostering collaborative social dialogue to minimize conflicts.
* Organizing and managing EWC seminars and interventions.
* Representing AP at AXA social relations committees.
* Collaborating with internal communications on change management.
Your Profile:
* Strong knowledge of social relations in Europe, especially France and Germany.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to understand company context, culture, and strategy.
* Cultural awareness and multilingual skills (French, English, German preferred).
* Degree in Social Relations, Employee Relations, or similar.
* Experience balancing legal and management social obligations.
