Corporate Sales Administrator Salary: £29,500 OTE (Competitive) Contract: Permanent / Part Time We are supporting a well-established automotive organisation seeking a Corporate Sales Administrator to join their Corporate Sales team. This role provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth processing of corporate vehicle orders, accurate reporting, and timely completion of sales documentation. The Role The Corporate Sales Administrator supports the Corporate Sales leadership team by performing a wide range of office-based and administrative duties. You will act as a key point of coordination between sales teams, fleet operations, suppliers and vehicle logistics. Key responsibilities include: Providing general administrative support across multiple sites and brands Processing vehicle orders in line with sales requirements, demonstrator needs and stock levels Completing all pre-delivery administrative work, including registrations, insurance details and road tax Preparing sales invoices and ensuring all costs and supporting details are accurately included Keeping the sales team informed of order statuses and any emerging issues Inputting job sheet details and maintaining accurate records of pre-delivery work Updating stock lists for new, used, demonstrator and corporate vehicles Coordinating with management teams to ensure correct authorisation for new stock Supporting financial reporting through accurate data entry and record management Carrying out banking tasks when required Assisting sales teams in sourcing and locating vehicles Promoting positive working relationships across departments Handling additional reasonable ad hoc duties when required About You Strong organisational skills and able to meet deadlines Able to listen well and support colleagues across the business Quick to absorb information and provide thoughtful responses Strong work ethic and adaptable to change High attention to detail with consistently accurate work Able to work under pressure to meet business needs Analytical and problem-solving skills Capable of researching issues and finding effective solutions Benefits Competitive salary package Full training and ongoing support 30 days holiday including bank holidays, plus additional entitlement based on length of service (pro rata for part time) Birthday day off Discounts on servicing, parts and MOTs Employee referral bonuses Life assurance benefit Company pension scheme Employee assistance programme Career development and progression opportunities Additional benefits depending on role Working Hours Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break) Premier Recruitment Solutions Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
