An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operational Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A function of the Accounts Team.
The successful candidate will partner with a business unit(s) and act as a true strategic partner and trusted advisor, offering insight into financial performance and expertise. Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial plans are aligned with strategic objectives and comply with financial controls. Take ownership of financial monitoring within the business units, ensuring performance is effectively reflected in consolidated reports. Coach and enable sound decision-making by embedding within the business area, promoting financial literacy and financial management best practice, and driving value for money.
You will be CCAB qualified with business partnering experience, or demonstrable equivalent experience at a senior level in a complex financial environment. The ability to build and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, with the ability to influence outcomes and communicate ideas effectively is essential. You will be analytical with strong communication skills, able to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive action and decision-making.
