We have a fulfilling and exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our association. The Concierge will be based at our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the Role
1. Provide a point of contact overnight and maintain an onsite presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services, ensuring the safety and security of the building, tenants, residents, and service users (TRS).
2. Be responsible for safeguarding young people out of hours by completing wellbeing checks, reporting concerns to relevant agencies, and recording information systematically.
3. Maintain health and safety standards of the property during out of hours by reporting concerns related to building safety and repairs according to policy and procedure.
You will be expected to foster effective and professional relationships with colleagues and external agencies, contributing to the association's values, culture, and ethos.
