Job Description
3. Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes for business units.
4. Provide financial input into project-based work and strategic plans.
5. Support senior management in making sound business decisions based on financial analysis.
6. Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.
7. Provide insights on financial performance and forecast to management.
8. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure the integrity of data.
9. Drive process improvements in financial planning and business intelligence tools.
10. Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
12. CIMA qualification is desirable.
13. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
14. Strong analytical skills and understanding of business operations.
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
16. Ability to collaborate with senior management and department teams.
