Principal duties and responsibilities
5. Liaise with the Network Manager on analysis of daily traffic and performance reports to improve on-the-road performance.
6. Analyse and investigate bus network trends using historic performance data provided by TfGM’s AVL system and direct feedback. Accountable:
7. identification of trends and poor performance
8. Work with Performance Analyst who will remotely and objectively assess current performance, identifying areas for improvement.
9. Develop initiatives to improve all aspects of service delivery, including punctuality
10. Be responsible for the development and improvement plans, preparation of performance reports and implementation of plans to mitigate events
11. Reporting to the Operations Director & Head of Operations
12. assist and contribute to all Performance Review meetings
13. Conduct grievance, investigation, disciplinary and appeal hearings
14. Cover for the AOM at depot level
15. Ensure that KPI’s are recorded and targeted correctly
16. Liaise on a regular basis with our TfGM Stakeholder Manager
Requirements, Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
17. Be a team player with the ability to bringing ideas and fresh perspectives
18. Ability to undertake project planning, project management and work to budgets.
19. Programme management experience with a structured approach to organising and documenting progress through KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
20. Experience of managing and analysing sustainability data
21. Driving licence and willingness to travel
