Robert Half Accountancy and Finance has partnered with a highly successful European business to recruit a Finance Controller for a recently acquired site in Keighley. You will be responsible for all day-to-day financial activities at the site. The right candidate for this role will be a hands-on finance professional who thrives in an autonomous working environment.
Responsibilities:
Production of monthly management accounts
Managing budgeting and forecasting
Financial reporting
Maintain relationships with accountants, banks, and insurers
Process improvements and automation of financial controls
Business partner with the Group
Management of a small team
Requirements:
Qualified or part-qualified finance professional
Proven experience gained within a similar role
Credible and confident communicator
Process improvement focused
Ability to implement change and drive business performance
Must have the desire to grow and develop in a role
Salary & Benefits:
£65,000 - £75,00k DOE
