Recruitment Account Co-ordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to support a major client operating across multiple warehouse and e-fulfilment centres in the West Midlands. This is a fast-paced role that combines recruitment, account management, administration, and on-site support to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding temporary workers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across sites in Walsall, Cannock, and Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resourcing and recruiting temporary staff to meet client requirements.
2. Managing candidate applications, registrations, and onboarding processes.
3. Conducting worker inductions at client sites.
4. Building and maintaining a talent pool of suitable candidates.
5. Liaising regularly with the client to understand staffing needs and fulfil requirements.
6. Managing worker attendance, availability, and performance records.
7. Maintaining accurate records using the company’s CRM system and recruitment databases.
8. Completing general administration tasks, including reporting and compliance checks.
9. Responding to out-of-hours staffing requirements and urgent client requests when required.
10. Travelling regularly between client sites across the West Midlands.
Candidate Requirements
11. Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
12. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
13. Strong administrative experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
15. Experience using CRM systems and recruitment databases.
16. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
17. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
18. Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to respond to out-of-hours requirements.
19. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
