Salary: 110 - 135 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? About the Role:
* Deliver planned lessons and interventions across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of teaching staff
* Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
* Work closely with teaching staff to support individual learning plans and classroom delivery
* Lead small group activities and provide tailored support to students with additional needs
* Promote positive behaviour and model resilience and consistency
The Ideal Candidate:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience in a similar role)
* Experience in an Alternative Provision, PRU, or SEMH environment is highly desirable
* Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
* Passionate about supporting vulnerable and disengaged learners
* Calm, patient and adaptable with a nurturing approach
