Key job responsibilities
An Investigation Specialist provides timely resolution to issues by researching, querying internal tools, and making real-time decisions. The candidate should understand requirements, analyze data, notice trends, and drive seller experience improvements without compromising on time. Basic understanding of inbounding processes and clear communication skills in English are essential.
A day in the life
The Investigation Specialist conducts investigations within an ambiguous environment, using data analysis and other tools. Responsibilities include ownership of investigation lifecycle, facilitating information flow, reporting progress, identifying blockers, and providing resolutions. High standards are maintained through thorough analysis, summarizing findings, and proposing solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms.
About the team
The Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is part of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free inbounding experience for sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centres. The team plans freight delivery, performs rescue operations, and manages contingency plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office.
* Strong deep-diving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with data analysis and problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
