Specialising in high-rise new build developments, seeks a highly capable Senior Technical candidate. This role offers the opportunity to lead, shape, and expand a technical team, working on multiple high-quality residential projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the design and technical management of multiple residential new build projects. * Review and update designs; liaise with architects, engineers, and relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle. * Have a capable Design / Technical Manager report into yourself * Coordinate design solutions when queries arise on live sites, ensuring effective communication with production, surveyors, and other departments. * Manage the entire design and technical process, including design programming, project tracking, and technical appointments. * Supervise and support architectural teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of drawings. * Play a pivotal role in establishing a high-performing technical team, enhancing project delivery standards and fostering growth * * The business: * The company is expanding its focus on new-build residential projects and appointed a Strong Commercial team leader from a reputable tier 1 contractor & developer background, as well as an Operations Director from similar ilk * In this role, you would complete the senior management team with a clear path for advancement. * They are building a £40mil self build development in North Londonn next year, with more in the pipeline.
