Our CQC registered Supported Living provision supports adults to live in their own home across several Supported Living settings in East Sussex.
In this role you would be the Registered Manager of East Sussex Community Support Service, line-managing Team Leaders and leading a team of skilled experienced staff to ensure the adults we support live their best possible life.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have management experience
* Have knowledge and experience of registered services
* Have experience in social care
* Have a calm and personable disposition
* Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
