Youll work closely with R&D, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, and Senior Management to make sure commercial foundations are rock-solid. Expect to: Lead the evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts and agreements from international R&D collaborations to complex sales contracts, consortium agreements, and government tenders. Be a trusted advisor to the board and senior stakeholders, ensuring commercial risks are managed and opportunities maximised. Manage Intellectual Property rights from patent and trademark applications to infringement claims and protectinnovations. Contribute to company policies and commercial procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice. Play a key role in major transactions, due diligence processes, and dispute resolution.
