The successful candidate will receive support through mentorship and training programs, including on-the-job training, to equip them with the necessary skills for their role.
Job Details:
* Ensure comprehensive, individualized care plans are in place, regularly reviewed, and evaluated according to NMC guidelines and company policy.
* Assist with emergencies and pre-planned patient treatments.
* Manage own workload effectively.
* Conduct ongoing assessments and reviews of patients.
* Administer drugs and medicines.
* Apply surgical dressings and provide other treatments.
* Plan duty rotas, organize, and direct work and training.
* Advise on nursing care, disease prevention, nutrition, etc.
* Liaise with management and senior nurses to ensure effective communication for patient and family benefit.
* Plan, manage, provide, and evaluate nursing care services, supervising the implementation of care plans.

Staff may be required to wear PPE, including masks, and undergo regular LFT and PCR testing as per government guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:
* Current registration and PIN with the NMC.
* Knowledge of Community Care Act, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act.
* Experience in elderly or mental health care preferred.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Satisfactory enhanced DBS check, including check against the DBS First List.
