Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve food, drinks, and snacks in a busy kitchen.
* Cook and prepare meals for groups when required.
* Check fridges and shelves are kept well stocked. Monitor wastage and use-by-dates.
* Check the café facilities, equipment and furnishings are in good order and report any damage.
* Welcome customers and offer help and advice if necessary.
* Support in advertising and promoting the Centre.
* Respond promptly and professionally to any customer feedback, comments, or complaints.
* Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and professionalism and use your own initiative to respond quickly to issues or challenges that may arise when you are on duty.
* Cash handling including taking cash and card payments and cashing up at the end of the evening.
