2. About the Role – Children’s Football Coach
We are looking for a Children’s Football Coach to deliver engaging, high-quality football sessions across Swindon and surrounding areas.
As a Children’s Football Coach, you will lead fun, structured sessions that help children develop football skills, confidence and social interaction in a safe and enjoyable setting.
Sessions will take place at multiple venues across Swindon and surrounding areas, therefore the ability to travel locally is essential.
Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging football sessions for children aged 2–8 years
*
Create a fun, inclusive and safe learning environment
*
Teach fundamental football skills through structured activities
*
Monitor and support the development of each child
*
Provide feedback to parents and guardians when appropriate
*
Organise and lead games, activities and session plans
*
Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and well maintained
*
Deliver excellent customer experience at every session
3. Requirements – Children’s Football Coach
We are looking for a Children’s Football Coach who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about working with children.
Essential requirements:

Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 09:00–11:00)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
A positive, energetic and professional attitude
Desirable:
*
Experience working with children (coaching, teaching or similar)
*
Football coaching experience or qualifications
Additional requirements:
*
Enhanced DBS check (required)
*
Willingness to complete safeguarding and first aid training (provided)
