This is an excellent opportunity to join a Southampton-based team supporting a live social housing maintenance framework delivering planned maintenance and void refurbishment works. The role is commercially focused and operates within a Schedule of Rates (SOR) environment, supporting the effective commercial management of planned works and void programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying, scoping, measuring, valuing, and commercially managing works across a live framework contract, with a strong focus on Schedule of Rates pricing and operational support.
