Youll be supporting three children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a warm, structured environment. Rota & Working Pattern 2 days on / 4 days off Shifts: 7am11pm with sleep-in duties Handover on day 3: 7am10am Drivers preferred to support young people with outings and activities Key Responsibilities Support young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social development Engage in activities that promote independence, confidence, and joy Maintain a safe, and structured environment where children are put first Work collaboratively with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality care Contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and behaviour support strategies Be a positive role model and advocate for the children in your care Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a professional setting Able to work from the home in High Wycombe Passionate about delivering excellent care and outcomes Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to complete NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (funded by employer) Commitment to safeguarding and child-centred practice Why Join This Team?
