Chef De Partie Position
This picturesque and beautiful village gastro pub is looking for a creative and talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade. The property prides itself on serving only the best locally sourced produce, often from their own land. They also feature seasonal game dishes, all prepared on site by professional chefs.
The successful Chef de Partie must be creative, have flair, be flexible, and love cooking. All applicants should be dedicated to maintaining high standards at this busy and popular gastro property.
As Chef de Partie, you will report directly to the Head Chef in an inspiring kitchen environment.
Qualifications/Experience required:
1. NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
2. Experience as a Chef de Partie
3. Passion for food and presentation
4. Hygiene certificate
5. Experience with fresh produce

This is a permanent position. Applicants must have a stable CV with traceable references, experience in fresh produce, and possess NVQ levels 1 and 2 or equivalent, along with a hygiene certificate.
