R13 Recruitment are partnering a well-recognised and dynamic digital marketing agency in their search for an experienced Account Director to join their highly reputable team. Seeking an experienced client services professional with a strong commercial acumen for performance marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in client management whilst being strategically minded and having hands-on input in the delivery of campaigns.

This is a full time, permanent position working flexible hours across Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available. A well-rounded benefits package includes an initial 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) increasing incrementally, pension and private healthcare.

The successful candidate can come from agency, or from an in-house position where you’re looking to make that transition. It is essential that you have had the exposure to global B2B brands, ideally clients in e-commerce.

The Day to Day:
3. Understanding the client's business operations and model.
4. Aligning the strategy with the client's commercial objectives and collaborating with team members to surpass targets.
5. Ensuring the client feels valued, appreciated, and heard.
6. Expanding client accounts by identifying opportunities that align with their objectives.
7. Collaborating with team members throughout the agency to enhance the client's overall experience.
8. Participating in new business pitches and guiding new clients through the on-boarding process.
You Will Have/Be:
9. Previous experience in a similar consultancy and digital agency in client focused role (ideally)
10. In-depth marketing experience and knowledge.
11. An understanding of SEO & PPC.
12. A successful track record of building relationships, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering client results.
13. Strong commercial awareness with a strategic and innovative approach to marketing.
14. The ability to assess result and identify continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
15. Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
