What You'll Earn
* £28,000 – £34,000 base salary (experience dependent)
* Monthly paid commission with realistic OTE potential up to £40,000
* Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (8 am–2 pm)

The Role – Service Advisor
You'll be the go-to point of contact for customers and mobile technicians, ensuring excellent communication and smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls and emails from customers and field technicians
* Booking jobs and managing workshop and mobile schedules
* Preparing and issuing service quotes
* Liaising with technicians, parts teams and management
* Keeping systems up-to-date with job statuses, notes and customer details
* Delivering a professional and friendly service experience
* Confidently closing sales and chasing up leads
This role is varied and engaging — perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced, customer-focused automotive support.
Who We're Looking For
To be considered, you should have:
* Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence in sales, upselling and closing deals
* The ability to work independently while supporting a team
* A good understanding of automotive repair and service processes
Automotive sector experience is essential for this role.
