We are partnering with an established talent management agency that is expanding its influencer marketing offering and is looking to appoint an Account Director to play a key role in its development and growth.
This is a high-impact position that combines client leadership, campaign delivery and commercial responsibility, with the opportunity to help shape and scale a growing function within the business.
The Account Director will take ownership of key client relationships, lead the delivery of influencer campaigns and contribute to the growth of the agency offering.
This role will suit someone who is both strategically strong and commercially minded and who is motivated by the opportunity to take on increased ownership within a developing business area.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and launch of the influencer marketing offering, helping define its positioning, processes and go-to-market approach
* Act as senior client lead across initial accounts, shaping campaign strategy and building long-term partnerships
* Drive new business generation, identifying and securing opportunities with brands and agency partners
* Develop and deliver end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring high standards across strategy, execution and reporting
* Establish best practices for campaign delivery, including workflows, talent sourcing, and performance measurement
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, production and talent to build a cohesive offering
* Manage account performance, including budgeting, forecasting and revenue growth
* Identify opportunities to scale the function, including contributing to hiring plans and team development over time
Requirements
* Experience at Account Director level, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, within an influencer or social-first agency
* Experience leading client relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
* Proven ability to contribute to new business and account growth
* Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets, profitability and campaign performance
* Strong understanding of the creator and social media landscape
* Ambition to take on a role with increased responsibility and ownership
