What your typical day will look like
Your role will be front and centre of the waiting area, supporting clients throughout their visit to the practice. Beginning with greeting each client and offering support, guidance and expertise confidently, to when they're leaving ensuring that they have understood any information given to them and they have received the highest level of service during their visit.
Tasks will include:
* Regularly checking with clients that their needs are being met by the practice services and/or products.
* Explaining care plans.
* Appointment after care (explaining invoices, asking if they have any other questions etc.).
* Weighing dogs.
* Photographing pets for social media use and gaining correct approval.
* Gain traction on social media platforms.
* Asking for feedback and gaining positive reviews on social media.
You may need to assist reception team if needed. But the main aim of this role is to ensure every customer leaves the practice fully informed and delighted with the service they have received.
This is a full time or 2 part time roles working Monday - Friday. The shifts will be split as 9am-12 noon and 4pm-8pm.
