No experience? Their structured training and mentoring programme will equip you with everything you need to become a trusted headhunter and advisor to industry leaders.
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving clients’ growth by identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level professionals in key leadership positions. Conduct market research and talent mapping across high-demand industries
Support clients with tailored executive search solutions
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
