Aspire People are excited to be recruiting for a Qualified Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Lutterworth (LE17). This role is available as both full-time and part-time, offering a competitive daily rate of £130-£180, depending on experience and qualifications. The school is looking for a passionate, dedicated teacher who holds QTS or a PGCE and is ready to make a positive impact on students' education.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the needs of all students are met.
Provide constructive feedback and monitor the progress of students.
Maintain good classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE (must have UK teaching qualifications).
Experience working in a UK primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting children's development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
