Overview
Sefton Council are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on the delivery of major, high-profile construction schemes at the heart of Sefton's wider regeneration programme. This is a 2 year fixed term post.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-million pound project, ensuring it is executed safely, sustainably and to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, co-ordinate contractors and consultants, and manage stakeholders.
* Manage the programme, budget, risk and compliance, champ ioning design excellence and best-practice construction.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ability to manage programme, budget, risk and compliance.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: £57,900 - £66,703 per year.
