Position: Electrical Engineering Graduate

The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager and will participate in our two-year graduate development programme starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment.
* Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements.
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
* Maintain and improve health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance.
* Communicate effectively with employees and contractors.
Candidate Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar.
* Team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
* A clean driving license.
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated.
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet strict timelines and deadlines.
* Strong computer literacy skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering packages is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
