Job Role
6. To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
7. Assist with the preparation of food to customers.
8. Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
9. Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.
10. Working in a fast-paced environment for A la carte restaurant, functions, and weddings
Your Skills and Experience
11. Previous Chef experience
12. Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
13. Full understanding and proven experience of H+S and EHO requirements
14. Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
15. Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
