Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland - Office-based with site visits as needed
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + bonus

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, making sure projects run smoothly, and supporting the team as they scale. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, including:
* Taking ownership of workforce planning to ensure projects are resourced efficiently
* Managing equipment, vehicles, stock, and supplier relationships
* Tracking job progress and ensuring client satisfaction
* Developing and implementing streamlined systems to support growth and compliance
* Liaising with clients to arrange access, approvals, and follow-up tasks
* Pricing and proposals to win new business
* Supporting HR/admin tasks (time sheets, training records, H&S logs)
* Overseeing stock control, procurement, and scheduling of materials
* Ensuring compliance with training, H&S, and company standards
About you
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, focus, and energy to the role. You’ll need:
* 3+ years’ experience in an operational, scheduling, or logistics role
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confidence working in a small, fast-paced team with plenty of responsibility
* Strong IT skills – spreadsheets, job tracking tools, Google/Office
* Experience coordinating between engineers, suppliers, and customers
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset – calm under pressure and able to find solutions
