We re recruiting on behalf of a major UK Principal Contractor to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for key Southern Water and Affinity Water frameworks. You ll play a senior leadership role across a growing programme of works, with individual projects exceeding GBP60m.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading framework–wide health, safety, and environmental performance
* Coaching and developing HSE team members (Advisors to Senior Advisors)
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders including the Head of HSE, Regional Ops Directors, and Framework MDs
* Using data to drive performance, spot trends and implement improvements
* Working 2 days from home, 2 days in either Rickmansworth or Southampton offices, and 1 day on site or flex
What we’re looking for
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
* Experience managing teams in a tier 1 civils or MEICA environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement from site teams to SLT
* Demonstrable success improving safety culture and performance
* Background in water, utilities, MEICA, or groundworks
