* Attend breakdowns, repairs, and routine maintenance visits on vertical lifts
* Work safely at all times, following health & safety procedures
* Deliver a consistently high standard of service and customer care
* Use digital systems to log work and improve first-time fix rates
* Support and mentor apprentices when required
* Take part in the out-of-hours call-out rota
Lift Service EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experience working on passenger and goods lifts
* Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
* NVQ Level 3 (or working towards with good progress)
* Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
