Make a Difference in our Support Relationship Centre
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality administrative support to our Support Relationship Coordinators, Specialist Financial Advisers, Field Support team, and inbound callers. You’ll take ownership of a variety of tasks, ensuring they are managed efficiently and followed through to completion while providing a seamless and professional service.
Your Impact
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
* Deliver timely, accurate administrative support, working collaboratively within the team
* Manage queries from our Specialist Financial Advisers and colleagues via email and phone
* Liaise with third-party providers and internal teams to obtain and manage client policy information
* Support appointment booking and ensure cases are fully prepared in line with SLAs
* Maintain accurate system records and update policy details as required
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations throughout
* Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and best practice
* Monitor performance against SLAs, proactively addressing any gaps
* Appropriately escalation or hand over queries, ensuring a smooth transition
* Ensure all activities comply with Data Protection, GDPR, and regulatory requirements
* Support additional tasks and projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
* Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and consistently meet service standards
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, even in a fast-paced environment
* Proven administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

* Your working hours will typically fall between 8:00am–4:00pm and 9:00am–5:00pm
